ISG was appointed by leading provider of on-demand music-led workouts, Les Mills, to fit out their new 2,800 sq ft office located in Wisma E&C, an office tower situated in Damansara.
Previously located in an office in the same block, the relocation is a result of Les Mills’ expanding workforce.
For this project, ISG delivered a transformation comprising a General Manager’s office, a 12-pax meeting room, two phone booths, a pantry, 24 workstations, a server room and a fitness studio complete with live streaming video equipment.
Part of the challenge in this project was the firm requirement to deliver a high-quality project with budget restrictions. This was overcome through close communication with the customer during material selection, and closely demonstrating the design development from concept to completion.
Following a four-week construction programme, the fast-track high quality fit out was carried out within a live environment with a majority of the works executed after business hours.
During a customer experience (CX) survey that was conducted with the general manager of Les Mills, ISG was awarded a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 10 along with a full overall score of 100%, showcasing how our team has exceeded expectations in the project.
Aside from the fit out of general areas, we were responsible for the IT, audio visual and system security installations across all floors of the facility, a full suite of structural modifications involving demolition works, slab strengthening and slab cutting, along with all related mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) scope to take the space from its shell and core environment.
The high-end fit out includes an extensive pallet of architectural materials and finishes, including a sculptural central column feature, multiple wall veneer treatments, and a series of complex ceiling interfaces.
