Completed in January 2018, the new 61,000 sq ft office that ISG delivered for SEEK Asia is setting the standard in their sector.

Located in AIA Capsquare Tower, the office spreads across four floors housing over 500 employees, and have been designed to inspire collaboration, while exemplifying the values and principles at the heart of this fast-growing listed Australian company.

The project

SEEK is a leading online employment market represented by a diverse group of companies with a unified purpose in helping people live more fulfilling and productive working lives, while helping organisations to succeed.

For this project, we delivered a scope of works that included the fit out of an open plan office designed to maximise daylight exposure throughout the space, 26 meeting areas built with a high standard of acoustic performance in mind, a main reception, business lounge and a café with an adjacent meeting suite.

On level 20 where the main reception is, a full-height video wall acts as a centrepiece, presenting business-relevant content to all employees and visitors of the office.

Although the programme of works were relatively tight, we responded with an efficient procurement solution, selecting quality products and materials that allowed for quick delivery, such as the locally-produced glass partition system used in the office meeting rooms.

The immense scheme saw us creating an agile, robust and striking workplace environment over a period of 12 weeks, which also included the early handover of a phase.

We are pleased to have delivered this project with 56,400 man hours without LTI.
